Heather Howell
My name is Heather. Some call me Hei-Hei beacuse I'm a little wild, ALWAYS on the move, and guaranteed to bring some fun.
I've been licenced for 14 years now.
I've seen it all- and probably cut it, colored it or styled it. I worked my way through as an assistant, manager, and owner. I have experience working with people with alopecia, cancer, and other situations of hair loss. Human and artificial hair pieces. I definitely dont know all there is to know (I would love to eventually) but I can assure you that I have a serious knowledge and passion for hair health.
After COVID flipped my world upside down, I took an unexpected detour and traded balayage for a big ol’ cement truck. Yep — I joined Ready Mix and spent my days hauling concrete! And you know what? I loved it. The grit, the grind, the giant truck—it was the perfect place to be and to learn all the aspects of the construction world I loved.
You might ask, did you always have a passion for hair? NO!
I was 100% convinced I was going to be an architect- until I met math. And computers, numbers, and sitting still. So, against my familys advice, I decided to take my creative brain to the hair industry. Designing hair with people is way more fun than blueprints on a computer. Basically, Im still an architect…without paper and math trauma. I feel better suited building confidence, not houses.
But as fate would have it, the beauty world wasn’t quite done with me. After a short break, the calling to create, connect, and help people feel their best pulled me right back behind the chair—and into owning another salon.
Each chapter of my many life experiences has taught me something: how to pivot, and most imporantly, how to care for the people in my chair.
Now, I’m blending more than just concrete—I'm back to blending colors, confidence, and a whole lot of laughs. This salon is built with love, grit, and a solid foundation (pun 100% intended).
